INTRODUCING: Jh (C57BL/6) Mouse model
Last month Taconic Biosciences broadened its immuno-oncology model portfolio with the launch of a strain which permits syngeneic studies without anti-drug antibody interference. Now, cohorts of both the C57BL/6 and BALB/c versions of the Jh mouse are available for immediate ordering and can be shipped globally. The benefits of the Jh mouse model include:
  • Does not produce anti-drug antibodies, so the pharmacokinetics and biological activity of the test article are not affected
  • It retains other immune cell types such as T cells, so immunotherapies can be successfully evaluated using clinically-relevant dosing.
